Why can’t buyers use their imagination and look past the décor of a home?

Statistically, 10% of homebuyers can actually visualize the potential of a house. Most buyers can not visualize size and scale, so properly placed furniture gives them a frame of reference.  Therefore, having a vacant home professionally staged is beneficial. 

How much does staging cost?

We know it will cost less than your first price reduction, so invest a little to make more. Contact us for pricing on consultations, action reports and staging days.  

My home is already “on the market” and has not sold. Does it make sense to stage it now”?

If your home is on the market and has not sold it certainly makes sense to have it staged. Staging will differentiate it from the other properties that are on the market that are not staged. Staged homes sell for more, conservatively on an average of 6% more, than un-staged homes.
